BUTLER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL DIABETES MANAGEMENT CENTER - For their long term work partnership with our Butler Lions Diabetes Awareness Program to provide community guidance and care in prevention and control of diabetes in Butler County.
COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC OF BUTLER COUNTY - For their ongoing joint efforts with the Butler Lions Diabetes Awareness Program,Lions clubs of Butler County, and PA Lions District 14-N to provide diabetes care to those in need of service in Butler County.
COMMUNITY HEALTH CHALLENGE OF SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA - For their long term efforts and assistance to the Butler Lions Diabetes Awareness Program to encourage diabetes awareness, prevention, and control in health fair planning and program implementation through the Butler Lions Diabetes Awareness Information Center.
THE BLIND ASSOCIATION OF BUTLER AND ARMSTRONG COUNTIES - For working closely with the Lions Club to provide services to individuals in our community who are blind or visually impaired and coordinating assistance for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured to help them receive eye exams and eyeglasses.
