Optical Fund: 7 individuals were assisted with eye exam and eyeglasses at a cost of $656. (Lion Wink from the August 2010 TALE.)
Optical Fund: 2 individuals were assisted with eye exams and eyeglasses at a cost of $165. (Lion Wink from the September 2010 TALE.)
Optical Fund: 1 individual was assisted with eye exams and eyeglasses at a cost of $95. (Lion Wink from the Oct. 2010 TALE.)
Optical Fund: 4 individuals were assisted with eye exams and eyeglasses at a cost of $265. (Lion Wink for the Nov. 2010 TALE.)
IN SUPPORT OF THE BLIND ASSOCIATION CLUB MEMBERS ATTENDED THE BELOW FUNCTION.
Blind Association’s Harvest Moon Dance: The dance took place on October 22 and our club occupied 5+ tables at this event. The evening was filled with a lot of fun, plenty of prizes, great entertainment by Nick Fiasco and also a surprise 50th birthday cake (I won’t mention any names; but, she has been seen with our first v.p. a lot). A huge thank you to Barbara Jones (Lion Dean’s wife) for her promotion and coordination of the event within our club. Lion Wink.
