In November, 2007: A Blood Drive, Prepared 200 Storm Boxes for MEALS ON WHEELS, Partnered with hospital on their elementary student diabetes poster program, Manned a diabetes awareness table at a health fair at Clearview Mall, 11 members participated in the Christmas parade, 8 members attended the Region 3 meeting and visited the Zelienople Club, Provided eye glasses for 2 low income applicants.
In a message of December 12 from Janet Black to Lion Dean Jones, she said that Lion Art came through his neck surgery very well and hopes to come home on that date. She will keep us posted.
Starting this month members who are not present at a Membership Meeting and has e-mail service will receive a TALE copy as e-mail instead of by mail. The TALE copy will be part of the message (under the address) and not as an attachment.
December '07 Dates
18, 6:30, Membership Meeting #2 , at the Garden Gate restaurant will be Our Annual Christmas Party. If you have not made your reservations via the sign up sheet, call King Lion Steve or Lion George Bonnett to make reservations . Be sure to bring your "white elephant" gifts for the traditional exchange. The dinner cost will be $10 per person.
25, There will be not Board Meeting because of the holiday.
January Dates

15, 6:30 PM, Membership meeting #2 will be at the Blind Association. A Board Meeting will follow.
