ROSE SALE 2010! (THIS FUND RAISER WAS TABLED FOR THE YEAR 2010 AND IT WILL BE DETERMINED IF WE WILL CONTINUE WITH IT IN COMMING YEARS)
The roses are sold in May and made available to purchasers in time for Mother's Day. Lion Neil is chairing the sale, taking orders and collecting money. A Butler Lion (Bob Noah last year) will drive to the out of county pick up site and pick up the order we sent in. The roses local pickup site is at the Butler Blind Association. Some members went a step further and hand delivered the roses they sold. Pick up time, date, and price of roses will be announced.
The roses are dry-packed and transport well without water. They come with care instructions and preservative that keeps them beautiful for at least a week.
