The Butler Lions Club Trailer is now being kept at King Lion Gary's house.  The trailer's main function is it being used as an office and tool storage when we sell Christmas Trees for a fund raiser at the Butler High School.  It is heated for members to keep warm in and just taken to the High School when the Christmas Tree Sell is going on.  The trailer is also locked when we are not there and our tools are stored in it.  A big thanks to King Lion Gary for letting us store the trailer on his property.

When we march in the Spirit of Christmas Parade Lion Dan Marshall has been using his own truck to get the trailer/float from District 14N.  Lion Dan also uses his truck to pull the Float in the parade. Thanks Lion Dan!

Updating our club information folder.

Lion Dean Jones has updated our Butler Club information brochure and copies are in the hands of King Lion Gary at this time.  The brochure is very well done with new information and pictures as you can see in the below scan.  Thanks Lion Dean.

Board Action:  At the March 23, 2011 Board Meeting the Board approved  $100 to Butler Township Fireman’s Association for two tickets to their sportsman’s event on Sept. 10, 2011.
